Kylie Kwong inspires foodies at Eveleigh Farmers' Market
Renowned Australian Chinese Chef and Eveleigh Market regular, Kylie Kwong demonstrated some of her culinary delights on Saturday 20 February at Eveleigh Market to celebrate Chinese New Year. |
Kylie used Eveleigh Market produce from a variety of stalls including Champions Mountain Organics, Kurrawong Organics, Thirlmere Poultry and Yuri's Sustainable Produce to cook up the following dishes (please click on the dish to download the recipe):

It was a delicious morning at the Market with Kylie demonstrating her Modern Chinese Cooking to over a hundred people as they were being inspired by her approach to fresh produce and sustainable living.

Kylie Kwong is a passionate advocator for the sustainable food movement and serves only locally grown, organic and bio dynamic produce in her Sydney restaurant Billy Kwong.

Inspired by Europe's traditional open-air markets, the markets feature expert growers, providores and artisan food producers who bring only the freshest, most authentic produce direct to the city from the farm. This includes seasonal fruit, vegetables, nuts, pasta, free-range pork, artisan cheese and dairy foods.
From 8am to 1pm, come rain, hail or shine, you have the opportunity to meet the growers and hear how the produce has been raised, grown or made.
